Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity, without complication.

Explore answers to common questions about DIGau, eligibility, token distribution, trading restrictions, reserve verification, mining operations, and transparency reporting.

01 When will the DIGau tokens be freely traded?

Securities issued under the private placement registration exemptions contained in Regulation D and Regulation S are restricted and may not be traded except under certain specific circumstances, none of which apply to DIGau currently. Any attempt to circumvent or avoid the restrictions on securities transfers of these tokens may subject holders to forfeiture of their tokens.

02 What is an NI 43-101?

National Instrument 43-101 (the “NI 43-101” or the “NI”) is a national instrument for the Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects within Canada. The Instrument is a codified set of rules and guidelines for reporting and displaying information related to mineral properties owned by, or explored by, companies which report these results on stock exchanges initially within Canada. The report has been adopted as a generally accepted report in finance. For more information see:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Instrument_43-101

03 What is the plan for mining?

There is a projected 5 year mining plan. This is a projection, and as such will be updated upon actual execution of the production on each claim.

04 What is sampling?

As part of compliance guidelines for compiling an NI 43-101 report, drilling, sampling, and testing must be conducted and observed by a qualified independent third-party geologist as well as an extraction mineral specialist. Dignity Gold has retained these experts to perform and produce the necessary steps and results. These results are available for any independent review and are required for the technical NI 43-101 compliance to be complete. As the projects move forward into production, each of these required steps will be supplemented and updated.

05 Is there a Whitepaper?

Dignity Gold has an offering memorandum related to the offering which has been made available to approved investors.

06 Where will the DIGau token be trading?

The DIGau security token is now trading on the following exchanges: GreenX and BiFinance. Additional exchanges where DIGau will be listed will be updated here.

07 What is the purpose of the transparency page?

The transparency page provides a centralized reference for information regarding DIGau supply, allocation, designated wallet activity, verification resources and supporting disclosures.

08 How is the reported DIGau supply calculated?

Reported supply is determined using available issuance records, designated wallet activity and other relevant network data. The applicable methodology may be updated as reporting practices and available information evolve.

09 What does gold allocation represent?

Gold allocation describes the framework through which identified gold-related resources, reserves or interests are categorized within the broader DIGau ecosystem. Allocation information should be reviewed together with supporting disclosures.

10 Can wallet activity be independently reviewed?

Designated public wallet activity may be reviewed through supported blockchain explorers. Public network information allows third parties to inspect transaction history and token movement independently.

11 Does wallet visibility verify physical gold ownership?

No. Public blockchain records provide visibility into on-chain activity, but they do not independently establish ownership, custody, valuation or legal rights relating to physical gold or mining assets. Those matters require separate documentation and verification.

12 What types of verification materials may be published?

Verification materials may include public wallet records, supply reports, reserve-related documentation, corporate disclosures, independent reviews and other supporting information considered relevant to stakeholders.

13 How often is transparency information updated?

Update frequency may vary depending on the type of information, reporting period, availability of supporting records and applicable operational or regulatory requirements.

14 Is DIGau the same as owning physical gold?

DIGau is a digital asset and should not automatically be understood as direct ownership of a specific bar, coin, parcel, reserve or quantity of physical gold unless expressly stated in binding legal documentation.

15 Where can additional information be reviewed?

Additional information may be available through Dignity Gold publications, official reports, legal documentation, technical resources, public blockchain explorers and other materials linked throughout the website.
